Customers must specify all product specifications mentioned on the product sales page in the order to avoid any delays in the review process. Homeelectricjo.com is responsible for delivering the products with the same specifications mentioned in the order.

Coupons and Offers

Customers cannot use more than one offer/coupon on a single order. Coupons are valid for a one-time use only, and they cannot be replaced by cash.

Shipping and Delivery

Purchases are delivered within 24 to 48 hours during business days and under normal conditions.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours is required to cancel an order. Notification can be made in person, via email, mobile phone (text message), fax, or any other means. We reserve the right to charge a fee of 10 JOD to cover any subsequent administrative costs.

Refund Policy

Proof of purchase through the homeelectricjo.com website (order number, invoice, etc.) must be provided. In this case, all products and free gifts attached will be returned. If all products are not returned, the return process will be refused. We will inspect the product to be returned. If during the inspection process it is found that the product intended for return is free from the reason mentioned in your request or has been used, the value will not be refunded and the product will be returned to you.

After 3 days from the date of receiving the product, we will not be able to accept its return.
